Refund policy

Returns

All Heat Healer products come with a 30-day returns policy. The returns period starts from the date that your order was delivered to your door.

To request a return, please use the Contact Us form and submit your request. You will then receive instructions on how to return your purchase.

Please note that the return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Estimated ranges for the return cost of different items is below (please note that these are just estimates):

• Small items of clothing, apparel and accessories - Typically between $9 to $19
• Small electronic items such as the Body Belt and Sauna Blanket - Typically between $19 to $39
• Large electronic items such as the Energy Sauna - Typically $300

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have dropped your item to the post, we ask that you email us again to confirm that it has been sent.

Once confirmed, the refund will be issued to you, minus the return shipping fee.

Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed back to your nominated form of payment.
